I have been a personal trainer for over a year now, working with weight loss, endurance, strength, and muscular development.
Motivation for Fitness
Assisting individuals to reach their fitness/health goals and helping them make positive changes is my motivation for fitness. Watching people build their self-confidence is another driving factor.
Interests
I am active in vigorous activities such as weight training, hiking, snowboarding, mountain biking and playing sports. Music is a big part of my life. I have been playing the guitar for eleven years now and continue to play. I also enjoy watching and collecting movies.
